Eudaemonia, also known as eudaimonia, derived from the Greek word “happiness” and is an ancient philosophy of fulfillment. Particularly associated with Aristotle but rooted in African culture, it refers to the highest level of well-being and flourishing that an individual can achieve. Eudaemonia goes beyond momentary happiness or pleasure and encompasses a more profound sense of fulfillment and purpose in life.
So, how do we achieve the state of eudaemonia? Well it involves the development and cultivation of wisdom, courage, temperance, justice, kindness, humility and love to name a few. Eudaemonia is not merely the pursuit of pleasure or external success, but rather the fulfillment of one's inherent human nature and potential. Aaron Consulting and Counseling has developed a model to pursue the state of Eudaemonia. The purpose of this model is to define, analyze and communicate this concept. This system model was specifically developed to support analysis, specification, design, verification, and validation of this system, as well as communicate certain information.

It is impacting our relationships, our ability to be great parents and of course life changing teachers.
